Sole Pastor (Part-Time 3-5 days)
Location: Lake Macquarie, NSW
New Vine Westlakes is seeking a Pastor to guide a growing, community-focused church into its next season of visioning, discipleship, and mission, as we work toward moving our congregation to a new location and harvest field. This is an exciting time for our Church as we look to a new adventure, whilst continuing to build on our strong foundations as a resilient, authentic church family with significant potential for local impact.
The Role The Pastor of New Vine Westlakes will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership, vision, and direction to the church. Key focus areas include:
Leading the church in discerning and pursuing God’s vision.
Preaching and teaching scripture in a way that is engaging and transformative.
Building and empowering leaders, teams, and discipleship pathways.
Fostering a culture of outreach, evangelism, and community engagement.
Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Spirit-led, Biblically grounded leader who is authentic, relational, and approachable. You should have a passion for church planting and be equipped to strategically walk our community through this season of change. Applicants should hold a qualification in theology or ministry and be (or be prepared to become) an accredited pastor with the Baptist Association of NSW & ACT.
Salary package will be commensurate with the Baptist Association of NSW and ACT guidelines. Applications close 31st July, 2026.
